Green Jobs Training Program: We have established access for our members to a comprehensive training program that emphasizes lead lateral replacement, solar panel installation, and manufacturing. With a strong focus on engaging youth and promoting participation from black communities, we will leverage STEM competitions and offer rewards and stipends to encourage active involvement.
