Face 2 Face Community Service And Training Center Inc. is a not-for-profit community development organization located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. For more than 20 years, we have served the City of Milwaukee’s North Side Community in several areas, including community adult education, community engagement, and minority business technical assistance.
Face2Face has and continues to identify and address barriers that have and continue to exist for underserved communities. With this as our guiding principle, we continue to work to identify the best areas of opportunity. We recognize the catastrophic effects that COVID-19 has had on the economy, especially on the economic stability of small businesses. Our response has been to adapt the delivery methods of current services and implement additional services for our minority business ecosystem. We have provided the following services: online business workshops and webinars; access to capital, assistance seeking out and applying for COVID-19 relief funds; technical assistance with start-up business development; assistance with obtaining small business certifications (MBE, WBE, DBE, etc.); providing marketing strategies for sustainability; and Hub and Opportunity Zone monitoring, to name a few.
